Eligibility & accounts

• You must have authority to bind your organization where applicable.
• You agree to provide accurate information for waitlists, pilots, and partnerships.
• Credential security is your responsibility; notify us promptly of suspicious activity.

Use of the Service

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive use; no probing or attacking our systems.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to circumvent access controls.
• No infringing third-party intellectual property through submitted content.
• Honor any posted rate limits / usage policies tied to previews and pilots.

Beta/pre-release features

Features may change frequently, degrade, or disappear. Outputs from AI-assisted tools may be incorrect; workflows should include human oversight and verification.

IP

Except for rights expressly granted here, neither party assigns IP. You retain rights in materials you submit; you grant Zyglo a limited license to host/process those materials strictly to operate the Service.

Warranties & liability (placeholder capsule)

The Service may be offered “AS IS”. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: implied warranties may be disclaimed, and cumulative liability caps may apply. Final wording must match entity stage, jurisdictions, and counsel guidance.

Governing law & venue

Termination

We may suspend access for violations, security incidents, legal requirements, or end-of-life programs. Sections that should logically survive termination (e.g., IP, confidentiality, disclaimers/limitations) survive as appropriate.
